Maple Ridge, BC is Seeking a F/T cook.
Position Requirement:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Japanese Cooking
Completion of Secondary school
Basic English and Fluent Korean are required
Japanese Cooking License or completion of cooking program is an asset
Duties:
Prepare and cook complete Japanese hot and cold meals or side dishes in our menus
Plan /develop menus
Prepare and make all the sauces being used for cooking
Monitor and order supplies and food processes
Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers
Manage daily kitchen operations and staff training
Benefits: 10 days paid vacation will be provided
C$3000-3200, 40 hours per week
